Holistic life coaching is different from traditional life coaching. I work with you in your entirety. Including body, mind and spirit. I get to know your core needs, personality type, and values so that you can create more balance, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in your life. Our coaching sessions are about helping you to discover a sense of balance and control of your life so that you feel confident to create the life you truly desire.

How I work with you


You begin with a single session to make sure my services are the right fit for you. Together we discuss your intention for coaching and what you want to achieve.  Your coaching program includes either three or six-session with Tanya. Your sessions are at least one hour long.  Your coaching program includes a follow-up summary of what we covered in the session and the details of any plan of action that we have designed.

Your sessions are available from the comfort of your own home online via Zoom. In-person consultation can be arranged on request at my office in Berwick.
