Having overcome my own battles with anxiety and self-doubt through holistic therapies, I embarked on a path to become a certified counsellor, hypnotherapist, and holistic coach. My passion for helping others transform their mental and physical health. I know how challenging it can be to care for yourself and get support.

In our initial session, our focus will be on creating a nurturing and safe space for you. A space where you can open up freely, discuss the changes you want to make and share your deepest hopes and dreams.
Together, we’ll identify your goals and the areas you want to work on during our sessions.
Once your goals are crystal clear, we’ll collaborate to create an individualised plan tailored to your needs. This plan will serve as our guide for supporting you to make positive transformations and progress.
To further support your progress, after each session, I will provide you with valuable resources to help you maintain momentum and growth between sessions.
Our one-to-one sessions are incredibly flexible, designed to accommodate your preferences and needs. Sessions are available in my in person in my office in Berwick, Melbourne. Or anywhere in the world, online via Zoom.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is a behaviour therapy that teaches skills in handling painful thoughts and feelings.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has a strong focus on clarifying what is truly important and meaningful to you.
Hypnotherapy is an extremely effective way to change unwanted behaviours, thoughts and feelings. Hypnosis is a natural process allowing the mind to bypass resistance and process positive suggestions to rapidly integrate new thoughts, behaviours, attitudes and feelings.
Thought Field Therapy (TFT)
Thought Field Therapy uses nature’s therapeutic system to balance the body’s energy system promoting natural healing and improved mental health.
The therapy involves tapping with the fingers at meridian points on the upper body and hands.

Yoga Therapy involves a wide range of mind/body practices. Your therapist will personalise a program that may include yoga postural breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation. Yoga therapy is tailored to your health needs. It helps to promote overall health and wellbeing. Yoga therapy is beneficial in bringing about emotional healing and a sense of balance.

* All fees quoted in AUD
* Payment is accepted by card, bank transfer and PayPal.
* Payment is required one business day before the online booked session.
* In-person sessions can be paid on the day of your booking.
*Payment plan available for Reclaim your inner Harmony program. Payment will be billed monthly for 3 months.
* 6-session Program, must be used within 5 months of the date purchased.

Cancellation Policy :
If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, you can do so via booking calendar or emailing me. I require at least twenty-four hours’ notice, otherwise, full fee is charged (unless it’s an emergency). This is with respect to my time, as well as other clients who may have wanted to book an appointment at that time, and of course, it’s with respect to you and your own healing journey.
